Can't get in game

I wasn't sure if this should go in the 3rd jobs section seeing as I haven't even been able to get in game to try the new job stuff. Anyway when I try to log in now I'm able to log in, choose the only server and channel there is and then when I get to the character selection screen the whole window just shuts off. Before the update I could play just fine but now I can't get in. Any help with this matter would be much appreciated :D

I've nearly the same, I redownload the full client and the patcher, I extract the client and I copy the patcher in the file, I start the patcher and it does it 3909 updates (or 3099 i don't care).
So I click on sart and nothing happen, the appli just close and i've no error message, I ask on the chat and they sayed me "launch with Neuz.exe" so I try and nothing happen too. So wth with this update and how I can play and test the 3rd job?????

(I do this 3 times so I'm fed up)

maybe your antivirus or firewall isn't allowing neuz.exe 2 connect ^^
