I am new to this game and I have just downloaded the client and patcher. It finished downloading and I put the patcher in the client folder and replaced the old patcher. I launched the game from the patcher and it didnt patch. I searched the website and it said i need to run it from Neuz.exe, I did but it opened a blank page and nothing else happend. I redownloaded and retried everything but nothing worked. Could someone please help me.

If it stops responding just wait until it starts and it should bring up the login screen :)
