Rain Event and Exp Rate Empty

Hello to our Admins! I would like to suggest to have an Rain Event every 3or4hrs, its because tryin to reach lvl200 is too hard.

The Exp rate:1000 is too low for highlvl. even though their using amps, it will help alot if you make the Exp Rate :3000. :)
