One of the important features in FLYFF is elemental upgrade.
If the exp rate of the server is like 100x, then 9 vote points would be reasonable.
Since symphonia server is high-rated, players need to change their elements
every few hours - since then, 9 vote point is too hard for us.
Giving players easier access to the Scroll of Elemental Change will do many positive results:
1. Fancy element effect gives player satisfaction (about decorating their characters bias to the server)
- this is important, because with no satisfaction of the server, people will leave to other servers.
- I also thought about moving to other server because of this.
2. additional damage from element gives player enjoyment (to see their character doing higher damage)
Suggestion 1: IN-GAME ACCESS TO THE SCROLL OF ELEMENTAL CHANGE

To make better community of the server, we need to have easier access to the shopping ground.
people selling their stuff with /s makes the chatting box messy and hard to chat with your friends though
whisper (this problem is yet ok with our server, because there's not that many people... but if your
aiming to make more people online, we need to work on this.)
To make people use the shopping ground, we need to make something attractive to the players that they
need to go there.
Way 1: Move all the In-game CS shops into the shopping ground, so people need to go there to upgrade
and buy CS items.

Last thing is that we need the visible item requirements for the sets (that are available on Shield merchant in Flaris) because it's really hard to tell (without using flyff wiki or google) to determine which one is needed.
